Steve Thornton, 54, of Omaha, formerly of Columbus, died Saturday, July 30, 2016.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Kelly Diane Wood Thornton; two sons, Ryan Stephen (Alli) Thornton of Roeland Park, Kansas, and Andrew William Thornton of Omaha; two sisters, Kathleen Thornton of Newark, Ohio, and Amy Thornton of Columbus, Ohio; and one brother, John Michael Thornton of Newark, Ohio.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Brucker & Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N. 21st St., Newark, Ohio, with calling from 1 p.m. until service time.
