Nominations are being sought for The Republic’s 35th annual Woman of the Year. The award honors one Bartholomew County woman for unselfish contributions toward creating a vital community and a high quality of life with an emphasis on long-term activity, hands-on work and diverse involvement.
To make a nomination, download an application from therepublic.com. Click on the “Local” tab, “Community” and “Woman of the Year,” then on a link to fill in an form. You also may pick up a printed form at The Republic, 333 Second St., Columbus, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. With questions, call 812-379-5655.
