Brandi J. Schafstall Jackson, 42, of Seymour, died Oct. 5, 2016, at her home.
Survivors include her two children, Damian Stone Jackson and Emily Brooke Jackson, both of Seymour; her parents, Carl and Deb Maxie of Columbus and Donnie and LeAnn Schafstall of Seymour; and her brother, David Lee (Whitney) Campbell II of Nashville, Tennessee.
A celebration of life gathering will begin at noon Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016, at the VFW hall in Seymour.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made through Woodlawn Funeral Centre in Seymour or at the VFW hall during the gathering to a memorial fund for Damian and Emily Jackson.
