Lisa Maria Lingle Lykins, 54, of Madison, formerly of Columbus, died at 12:50 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2016, at the Waters of Clifty Falls in Madison.
Survivors include her husband, David A. Lykins; a stepson, Brandon Lee Lykins; a stepdaughter, Samantha Jane Wright; nine stepgrandchildren; a sister, Denise Bobilya of Coldwater, Michigan; and her twin sister, Laura Lingle Robinson of Columbus.
Private services were held.
Arrangements were made by Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre in Madison.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the donor’s choice of charities.
