Sharon Lucille Ison, 66, of North Vernon, died at 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2017, at her residence.
Survivors include her husband, Curtis Ison of North Vernon; a son, Chad Ison of North Vernon; a daughter, Mandy (Eric) Ray of North Vernon; a brother, Ted Asher of Letcher, Kentucky; sisters, Christine (Bob) Anderson and Barb Ison, both of North Vernon, Ann (Don) Litton of Morehead of Kentucky, Alice (Doug) Dixon of Lexington, Kentucky, and Brenda Asher of Letcher, Kentucky; and two grandchildren, both of North Vernon.
A funeral service for Mrs. Ison will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Tuesday at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with the Bro. Bill Halcomb, Bro. Danny Dixon and Bro. Jim Fields officiating. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Burial will be in the Hayden Cemetery in Hayden.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the American Cancer Society or Leukemia Society.
