Tickets still remain for the kidscommons children’s museum 14th annual Carnivale: Canada. It runs from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday at the facility, 309 Washington St. in Columbus.
Organizers said they are expecting one of their biggest crowds with the addition this year of a heated tent, capable of holding about 100 people, in the middle of a closed Washington Street.
The event features a silent and live auction, chef Gethin Thomas’ Canadian dishes, recorded and live music and dancing.
Tickets are $75 per person, available at the museum or by phone at 812-378-3046 or at kidscommons.org. Tickets also will be sold at the door.
The Tiptonians, a popular local band, will perform.
