Shirley S. Giddings, 72, of Westport, died at 9:40 a.m. Monday, February 13, 2017, at her residence.
Survivors include her daughters, Laura (Randall) Hines of Westport and Elizabeth (Jeannie) Ackerman of Knightstown; her son, Fred Giddings of Wabash; 13 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles; and sons, Dale Eugene Giddings and Charles Fredrick Giddings Jr.
The funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Bass & Gasper Funeral Home in Westport, with Pastor Sam Nugent officiating. Burial will follow at Rodney Cemetery. Friends and family may visit from 1 p.m. until service time Saturday.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana through the funeral home.
