Donald Jeffrey “Jeff” Dugan, 58, of Columbus, died at 7:28 p.m., March 15, 2017, at Kindred Hospital Indianapolis South, Greenwood, Indiana.
A memorial calling will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with military honors at 4 p.m. by the Bartholomew County Veterans Honor Guard at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
Jeff is survived by his father, Donald G. Dugan of Edinburgh; wife, Debra Ault Dugan of Columbus; daughters, Whitni Dugan of Nineveh and Katelyn Dugan of Edinburgh; sisters, Dina (Eric) Gossman and Dawna (Joyce Rowe) Dugan, both of Perry, Georgia; a brother, Dan (Suzanne) Dugan of Bargersville; and four grandchildren.
Jeff was preceded in death by his former wife, Tami Dugan.
