Mrs. Martha Ann O’Neal Heitz, 87, of Madison, died at 12:17 p.m. Saturday, March 25, 2017, at the Thornton Terrace Health Campus in Hanover.
Martha will be missed by her loving son, Markt (Cindy) Heitz of Madison; loving daughters, Donna (Larry) Langel of Pacific, Washington, Mary Lynn Millan of Mexico; 13-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brothers, Carroll (Joyce Webster) Eugene O’Neal of Madison, Gary (Sue) Allan O’Neal of Madison, James (Jo) Edward O’Neal of Lafayette; sisters, Joy (Bob) McDole of Madison, Janet (Paul Joe) Brawner of Lexington; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Ann Heitz Andrews and her husband of 38 years, Wallace L. Heitz.
Funeral Mass will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday by Father Christopher A. Craig at the St. Patrick Catholic Chapel, 305 W. State St., Madison. Interment will follow in the St. Patrick Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison. The Rosary will be prayed on at noon Thursday the funeral centre.
