North Vernon
Chase Matthew Clark, 21, of North Vernon, died at 12:15 a.m. on Friday, April 7, 2017, in North Vernon.
He is survived by his parents, Donnie (Paula) Clark of North Vernon and Jennifer (Mike) Shuler of Seymour; brother, Chancelor Clark of North Vernon; and sisters, Ashley (Kasey Leonard) Clark, Riley Clark, Alisha Clark, Kayleen Clark and Loren Clark, all of North Vernon.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon. Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Burial will be in the Hayden Cemetery in Hayden.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home for funeral expenses or to Riley Hospital for Children.
