Betty Joyce Pond, 78, of Deputy, died at 8:50 a.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at the Hildegard House in Louisville, Kentucky.
Survivors include her sister, Shirley (Henry) Richey of Deputy.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with the Rev. Skip Napier officiating. Family and friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon. Burial will be in the Vernon Cemetery in Vernon.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Coffee Creek Baptist Church, Lancaster Baptist Church or Hildegard House.
