The Litter Box Kitty Rescue is conducting an adoption event and bake sale Saturday.
The public is invited to meet and greet more than 20 cats and kittens up for adoption at the event, from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday at Petco, 1337 N. National Road, Columbus.
Adoption fees are $80 for one or $120 for a pair. All Litter Box kitties are up-to-date on vaccinations and flea prevention, FIV/feline leukemia negative, dewormed and spayed/neutered.
The Litter Box Kitty Rescue, a Taylorsville-based nonprofit, volunteer organization, is also seeking donations during the event. The organization is in need of kitten food, litter and new or used blankets, sheets or towels.
