Columbus city utilities are working to repair a water leak in the 2800 block of Washington Street.
City workers are closing the street at 2860 Washington Street to work on the water leak repair.
Traffic is being diverted onto Tipton Lane from the north or on to 27th Street from the south.
The city is asking motorists to avoid the area and use an alternate route if possible.
