COLUMBUS
Denise Michelle Love, 43, of Columbus, died unexpectedly at 9:21 a.m. Saturday, February 10, 2018.
Denise was born October 8, 1974, in Bartholomew County, Indiana, the daughter of Patrick Gayton and Bonnie Pedigo.
She was a loving person and a wonderful mother of six children, Cody Trobaugh, Trevor Trobaugh, Haley Brown and Michaela Brown, all of Columbus, Mason Love and Xavier Brown, both of Georgia. Also surviving are sisters, Christina Amores of Columbus, Stephanie (Chad) Hashman of New Bern; mother, Bonnie Pedigo; father, Patrick Gayton of California; and stepfather, Steve Baker.
She was preceded in death by her aunt, Joyce Mathis; and cousin, Nicholas Mathis.
The funeral will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, February 19, 2018 at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Pastor Mike Gordon officiating. Family and friends may call from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service Monday at the funeral home.
Following the family’s wishes, cremation will take place after the service.
