CC to host All-Area All-Star Games
After a one-year absence, Columbus Christian will host the All-Area All-Star Games this year, featuring players from The Republic All-Area boys and girls basketball teams.
The girls game will be at 5:30 p.m. Monday. The boys game will follow at around 7 p.m.
Forms due Wednesday for North cheer tryouts
Columbus North cheer tryouts for 2021-22 season will be on March 31.
A google form link can be found on the Columbus North Athletics website or by emailing [email protected]. Forms are due by Wednesday.
Upcoming golf outing to benefit Humane Society
The Golf Outing for the Humane Society will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Otter Creek. Lunch will be at noon.
Entry fee is $50 per person (cash or check only), with mulligans available for purchase.

Youth can register for shooting sports program
The Hoosier Hills Rifle and Pistol Club is once again hosting a shooting sports program for boys and girls ages 13 to 18.
Youth will learn gun safety, marksmanship skills, and earn skill awards using 22-caliber rifles shooting at paper targets at an outdoor range. Certified instructors and coaches are provided.
Training and practice sessions will be held on Wednesday evenings starting April 7. For information and to apply, call 812-376-8922.
