Pence Avenue
David Constantino-Tipton, 27, of Pence Avenue, died at 2:10 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015, at the Columbus Regional Hospital Emergency Room.
Survivors include his wife, Tiffaney L. Moore Tipton; parents, James and Joyce Keith Tipton of Lexington, Kentucky; children, Emma Fine-Constantino, Christian Galicia, Sarah Sebastian, Alejandra Luna and Genni Luna; brothers, James, Jose and Jesus Tipton; and sisters, Jennifer Mink, Janel Perusquia, Katrina Hartman, Rosa Elliott, Joy Enlow and Joanna Friend.
Cremation is planned. There will be no local funeral service.
