North looked hopelessly buried. Although the Bull Dogs were down just 40-31, they just looked out of sync.
Then Patberg took over. She scored 12 points in the quarter and was unstoppable, dropping another 3-pointer with 3 seconds remaining in the quarter to give North its first lead of the game 47-44.
Street was perfect with a pair of 3-pointers late in the quarter that were huge in North’s comeback. Homestead looked rattled for the first time all game.
