HOPE — The most recent efforts to reinvigorate the Hope Area Chamber of Commerce will be discussed Tuesday.
The new chamber board of directors, including board president and Hope Town Manager J.T. Doane, will gather during a public meeting at noon Tuesday in the Larry Simpson building, south of the Hope Town Hall, Vice President Jake Miller said.
Dozens of business, government and community leaders were invited to attend the new board’s first monthly meeting Nov. 1. Those who wish to work with the chamber or offer advice and concerns are strongly encouraged to attend Tuesday’s meeting, Jake Miller said.
Besides Doane and Jake Miller, other members include Treasurer Tracy Wallace and Hope Town Council member Ohmer Miller.
