Steven Hubert “Steve” Acton, 61, of Norman, Indiana, died at 11 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at home.
He is survived by his wife, Sally Beth Long; their children, Lucas “Luke” (Shelly) Acton and Elizabeth “Beth” Acton (Brad) Blair; six grandchildren; and three brothers, Bob (Nancy) Acton, Gary (Virginia) Acton and Doug (Mildred) Acton.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Voss and Sons Funeral Service with the Rev. Larry Tingle officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
Friends and family may gather from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday at Voss Chapel and after 9 a.m. until time of service on Monday. A Masonic service will be at 4:45 p.m. on Sunday.
Memorial checks may be written to Schneck Medical Center Cancer Center, Hospice of Schneck Medical Center or First Baptist Church of Seymour.
