Proud Irishman William Camden Williamson, 38, of Virginia Street, passed away at 7:50 p.m. May 23, 2017, at his home.
William was born Aug. 30, 1978, in Columbus, the son of Camden H. and Patricia Spiker Williamson.
He was a member of Jackson Masonic Lodge #146 and DeMolay in Seymour. William loved to cook and work on his 1966 Ford truck he lovingly named “Jonah.” Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.
The funeral will be at noon on Thursday, June 1, 2017, at the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Ron Bridgewater officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of services Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Martinsville.
Memorials may be made to Shriner’s Hospital for Children through the funeral home.
Survivors include his parents; sisters, Suzette L. Burton-Williamson of Texas, Tamara A. Mezo-Lopez of Seymour and Laura E. (Jesus) Lanoire of Columbus; nieces and nephews, Austin Mezo, Alicia Mezo, Aarick Fitch, Luis Lopez, Tiara Lopez, Michael Burton and Camry M., Mary, Patricia and Jonathan Ovalle-Camacho; as well as two great-nieces.
