Terrell ‘T.J.’ Smith, 63, of Naples, Florida, formerly of Columbus, Indiana, died May 22, 2017, after a lengthy battle with cancer.
Terrell is survived by son, John C. Smith; and sisters, Patti Thompson and Bonita Cook.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
