Four participants from IUPUC have completed a leadership skills development program.
Next Generation 2.0 is a program that enhances the leadership skills of mid-career faculty and staff. Twenty to 25 individuals are selected from submitted nominations. Among them were IUPUC participants Anna Carmon, Julie Goodspeed-Chadwick, Marsha VanNahmen and Aimee Zoeller.
They completed a 10-month curriculum focused on topics designed to enhance their leadership potential and professional acumen, including the mission of public institutions, planning and leading change, negotiating and managing conflict, and budgets and finances. Their work in the program concluded May 23.
