Nancy L. Cook, 66, of Indianapolis, formerly of Columbus, died at 11:22 p.m. Tuesday, July 4, 2017, at Manor Care South in Indianapolis.
Survivors include her children, Amy Cook of Franklin, Charles (Shelly) Cook of Greenwood and David (Jaime) Cook of Greenwood; seven grandchildren; and brothers, James (Jean) Parker of Greensburg, John Parker of Avon and David Parker of Columbus.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Jonathan Moore Pike. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice of charities.
