Spray wand at three-compartment sinks hangs below the flood level rim of sink bays, must hang at least 1 inch above the flood rim of sink. Many drain flies observed in back storage area around the soiled linens bag. Soiled linens shall be stored to prevent the spreading of drain flies. Copies of pest control treatments must be submitted.
