Going to college while working at Freddy’s.
Who in your life has inspired you or whom do you look up to and why?
My mom, for always supporting me. She helps me a lot to not let things discourage me and you have to work hard in life. Life is not fair, make the best of it. She pushes me hard and she loves me very much. She teaches me to be strong physically and tells me to stay in good condition. My dad, he encourages me and ensures I understand things. He helps me a lot. We camp and do a lot of outdoor things together.
What is the most important thing you’ve learned during for from high school?
I have learned to stay on a schedule and be kind.
Draw a picture, write a poem or create something that represents you:
I feel being an Eagle Scout with Double Bronze Palms describes me. It is very rare that Eagle Scouts earn palms, since many wait ’til they are close to 18. You have to be active in your troop for three months and earn additional merit badges. I earned my Eagle at age 16. I am dedicated and have a good work ethic. I like being helpful and kind.
"On my honor, I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law:
"To help other people at all times: To keep myself physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight."
James Dwyer, Eagle Scout 2016
