ELIZABETHTOWN
Evelyn Mae Roberts, 73, of Elizabethtown, passed away at 6:29 p.m. Monday, December 31, 2018 at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis.
Evelyn was born May 14, 1945 in Scipio, Indiana.
Survivors include her children, Larry (Jymme) Giles of Seymour, Trafina Giles of Elizabethtown, Renda Colvin; step-daughter, Monica Havidic, both of Columbus several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Joe Phillips of Columbus, Fred Phillips of Lexington, Indiana, several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Edith Vanest Giele; husband, John Roberts; brothers, Marion, Wayne and Carl Phillips.
In keeping with the family’s wishes, cremation will take place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
