The Creek Cares Defining Excellence Award is an annual award that recognizes an employee who has exemplified outstanding service and a positive and supportive attitude.
Chaney has worked at Hickory Creek for eight years. She was among 14 nominees from other Hickory Creek skilled-nursing facilities. The Creek Cares Defining Excellence Employee of the Year Award is the highest honor awarded to an employee.
