Move over “Dr. Pimple Popper”! Here comes “The Toe Bro” (10 p.m., A&E, TV-14). It “stars” Jonathan Tomines, a foot specialist and registered chiropodist, a doctor’s son who followed in his father’s footsteps, if you will.
His patients run the gamut from ballet dancers with extremely ingrown toenails to a woman with long, clawlike nails that have hardened and yellowed after years, if not decades, of neglect. Tomines treats hardened calluses, bunions and various oozing sores with a friendly bedside manner.
A&E has not made “Toe Bro” available for review. Frankly, I’m relieved. There are a few clips available on YouTube that may satisfy the curious or those in search of cringe-worthy viewing.
