JENNINGS COUNTY — Two North Vernon men have been arrested following an investigation into a shooting incident early Tuesday on County Road 1000W in Spencer Township in Jennings County.
David Eggerts, 18, is in the Jennings County Jail on a preliminary charge of attempted murder, and other charges.
Alexandrew Mullikin, 26, is in jail on a preliminary charge of theft.
