Raising funds need not be scary — unless it’s the Halloween season. To that end, the Bartholomew County Historical Society will generate funds for youth programming by launching a new event called "Fright on the Farm" on Oct. 26 at the Henry Breeding Farm, 13730 N. County Road 100W near Edinburgh. The event will include dancing witches, special-effects, decor, a Cajun dinner and Halloween-themed cocktails and an auction. Reservations for this over-21 event are $80 for individuals and $1,000 for tables of eight. Information and tickets beginning Sept. 4: bartholomewhistory.org.
