A bridge inspections on I-65 over State Road 46 will result in lane restrictions and ramp closures on Thursday.
The inspection is at Exit 68 on Columbus’ west side.
The following I-65 ramps will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday.
- I-65 southbound to State Road 46 eastbound
- I-65 northbound to State Road 46 westbound
- State Road 46 eastbound to I-65 northbound
- S.R. 46 westbound to I-65 northbound
State Road 46 will also be restricted to two lanes in each direction from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the inspection.
Motorists should slow down, use extra caution and drive without distractions in the work zone. All work is weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather, the inspection will take place on Friday.
