Neighborhood Watch to meet
Bartholomew County Sheriff Matt Myers and Deputy Andrew Whipker will be the featured speakers at the 9th Street Park Neighborhood Watch meeting at 6 p.m. Oct. 14 at the Bartholomew County Library Red Room.
Myers will present information about upgrades at the Bartholomew County Jail, crime and drug statistics and talk about his recent trip to the Southwest Border Conference in Tuscon, Arizona.
Whipker will give a presentation about train and railroad safety.
