Letter: Kestler would represent everyone

(This letter published Oct. 13 in The Republic.)

From James Voelz

Columbus

Grace Kestler would be an excellent member of the city council representing everyone in Columbus as an “at large member.” All of the voters have an opportunity to vote for her.

Grace was born and raised in Columbus. She graduated from DePauw University and earned her master’s degree in Berlin in conflict management and culture studies. She taught in Germany, has experience working for Cummins, and owns her own consulting business. Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce honored Grace with a 2019 Women in Leadership Award.

As a life-long resident of this community, I support Grace. She will listen to her constituents and make decisions that will benefit everyone in our community. She will work hard to keep Columbus moving in the right direction as a progressive, inclusive and vibrant community.
