Children Inc. has opened a room at its facility to provide day care for up to eight infants.
The 280-square-foot room, which is located at Children Inc.’s facility at 715 McClure Road, has been open since September and is exclusively for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months, and has a maximum capacity of eight infants, said Jill Hammer, Children Inc. executive director.
“This is the first time in over 51 years that Children Inc. been around that we’ve served infants,” she said.
