Orchids to …

• the bus driver in Bethel Village who picked up my granddaughter in front of my house even though she thought it was the wrong bus driver; we all had a good laugh but good job to her for having a keen eye that the driver was not her regular bus driver, from supporters of BCSC.

• those saying that people are the problem, not guns, we need to keep guns out of the hands of criminals, and those who are mentally unbalanced, and domestic abusers, with stronger, no exception background check laws to hold people accountable for the victims of their negligence, carelessness or stupidity.

• Steve Knight.

• those who recognize that guilty people seek to block witnesses from testifying.

• the staff at the Columbus Bureau of Motor Vehicles for always being knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly and for setting a great example in customer service.

• Crystal Rickard for getting the National Women of Distinction award from her clients.

• the three gentlemen who helped me with my broken car at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church while I was stuck in the car line.

• the East Clifford Neighbors Extension Homemakers Club for helping me out in a difficult time, from Teresa.

• Shawn at the Kroger Pharmacy for going above and beyond in helping me fill a prescription.

Onions to …

• the self-described local "hero" who is actually a national disgrace.

• those who do not know the difference between natural rights (life, liberty, pursuit of happiness) and legal rights (free speech, privacy, bear arms) but believe all rights are “God given.”

• those that don’t realize that Mister Ed was a "stable genius" long before the federal elected official ever started calling himself one.

• people believing if guns were illegal, crime would go down because following that logic then there should be no illegal, rampant drug crisis.

• pastors who name members specifically by name and say that they tithe more than any other members of the congregation, trying to get other members to give more money.

• high schools who let their students play on their phones during study halls and resource centers.
