HOPE — Bartholomew County REMC has a broken pole due to a vehicle accident at the intersection of South Street and County Road 800E in Hope.
REMC crews will need to take the power out for approximately three hours in order to replace this pole, said Marty Lasure, Bartholomew County REMC vice president of communications and member services.
The outage will affect roughly 770 members south east of the town of Hope.
In a press release to the media, REMC said it apologized for the inconvenience.
