HAVERHILL, MA
Marilyn Jo (Snider) Noll passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in Haverhill, MA onMarch 21, 2020. Marilyn was born in Indianapolis, IN, and moved to Brown County, IN as a young child with her parents and older brother. She is a graduate of Southport High School. She worked for many years as a travel agent until her marriage in 1968 to her husband, Bruce Ingles Noll. In 1976, they moved from Columbus to Indianapolis, she continued to work in real estate and interior decoration over the years. However, her greatest passion was volunteering to help those who were less fortunate in the greater Indianapolis area. She worked with Sr. Mary Quinn at Holy Angels Catholic Church for decades, assisting families who were in need of basic necessities like food, clothing, and housing, among many other things. She considered this her calling, and to her family, defines who she was. Her greatest gift to them was the gift of compassion.
She leaves behind her loving children Larry M. Noll of Indianapolis, and Sarah (Noll) Giammarino andhusband Nicholas, of Haverhill, MA; grandchildren Ian, Erin and Jared of Indianapolis; Colin of Haverhill, and Alexander, and Adrian of Concord, NH. She is predeceased in death by her husband, Bruce, her brother, Gary Snider, and her father Elba “Abe” Snider and her mother, Margaret “Peggy” Snider.
A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Homes, Bradford – Haverhill, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Holy Angels Catholic Church, 740 West 28 th St. Indianapolis, IN 46208.
