Twins Carly and Maddy Archer, third-graders at Hope Intermediate School, celebrated their ninth birthday by donating all their presents to Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital.

1995

A petition signed by 22 neighbors of Noblitt Park prompted an investigation by Columbus Parks and Recreation Department into excessive traffic, poor lighting, traffic after dark and suspected illicit sexual activity and gang problems.

1970

Installation of one of the most elaborate traffic signals in Columbus, designed with special consideration for pedestrians and slack periods of vehicular traffic movement, was completed at National Road and Home Avenue.
