People often consider ways to take care of their bodies. But Purdue Extension Educator Harriet Armstrong wants to help people realize that their brain needs nourishment, too.
Armstrong will present "Nourish Your Brain," both an in-person and Zoom event from 1 to 2 p.m. today at Mill Race Center, 900 Lindsey St., in Columbus.
