Summary:
This position is in an extremely high volume paint shop with never ending and consistent work. We are a team based company that believes in developing and training our associates and working towards a team goal everyday. Competitive hourly pay rate – no flat rate!
1st shift hours: 7am – 3:30pm, Mon – Fri
2nd shift hours: 3pm – 1:30am, Mon – Thurs (shift differential pay available)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
â— Adheres to Company safety rules and policies
â— Responsible for:
â—‹ light sanding up to matching body lines
â—‹ blocking and glazing
â—‹ crease repair
â—‹ stud welding
â—‹ recreating body lines
â—‹ plastic repair
â—‹ hammering out or filling depressions with body filler, remove damaged fenders/panels
â—‹ file, grind and sand repaired surfaces using power and hand tools before turning vehicles over to the Paint
