3rd Shift – 10:30 pm Sunday evening – 7:00 am Friday morning
A Fabricator for Bastian Solutions, Custom Automation, will be responsible for general fabrication for material handling equipment projects. The main emphasis for this position is fabrication other duties may include but not limited to assembly, field service, installations, and painting of projects as well as general repair and maintenance of Custom Automation equipment.
General Job Duties
ï‚· Follow our QMS as applicable
ï‚· Follow our corporate level policies
ï‚· Ability to interpret blueprints
ï‚· Ability to utilize tool to accurately layout and fabricate raw parts from blueprints
ï‚· Works from blueprints to produce parts from sheet metal, plate, bar stock, plastic and other
materials as required.
ï‚· Ability to set up and operate Oxy-Acetylene cutting torches, mag drills, drill presses, cut off
wheels, grinders, saws, and shear.
