Human Resources Generalist: ReCondition Pros

Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist will work directly with the Human Resource Manager. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for employee sourcing, contacting and screening candidates, providing services and support in multiple functional areas, will maintain interdepartmental communication, conduct new hire orientations and other HR related activities.

1st shift hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm, Mon – Fri

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Adheres to Company safety rules and policies
● Plan and manage recruiting which will include:
  â—‹ Conduct extensive sourcing of both active and passive candidates through various resources
  â—‹ Build relationships with candidates to create an ongoing talent pipeline
  â—‹ Screen and interview candidates to assess them for appropriate job opportunities
  â—‹ Advertise postings on various job boards, social media channels and other sites
