Columbus Optical has added Dr. Riley Sutherlin to the staff, effective July 12.
Sutherlin is originally from Brazil, Indiana. She attended Indiana State University and earned a degree in biology before attending Indiana University for optometry school. While attending IU, she developed and fostered special interest in pediatrics, vision therapy, and neuro-optometry. In her final year of school, she earned the 2019 COVD Award for Excellence in Vision Therapy. After optometry school, she began practicing optometry in the greater Indianapolis area providing primary eye care for patients 6 months and older, and vision therapy. Outside of work, she is most often found spending quality time with her dogs and loved ones.
