Timothy P. ‘Tim’ Hall

COLUMBUS

Timothy P. “Tim” Hall, 67, a resident of Columbus, Indiana, passed from this life at 12:21 a.m. Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.

Tim was born in Columbus, Indiana, December 7, 1953, the son of Ellsworth and Thelma Graham Hall. On April 23, 1988, Tim married Lynette Guthrie; she survives.

Tim worked at Toyota Material Handling, Inc. having perfect attendance for his entire 23 years of employment.

Tim comes from a multi-generational family of musicians, his father played in a band and Tim played rhythm and sang in the band, Sessions, with his brothers. He also played in the band, Relentless, with his sons. Tim also had a passion for classic cars, and he enjoyed working on cars.

Tim lived for and loved his grandbabies and his special great-niece.

Tim is survived by his wife, Lynette; sons, Derek (Hannah) Hall of Columbus and Jordan Hall (Eeron Mobley) of Columbus; grandchildren, Avery, Colton, and Ryman Hall; brothers, Dan (Vickie) Hall of Columbus and Dave (Coleen) Hall of Columbus; sister, Carolyn Pruett of Columbus; father and mother-in-law, George and Arlene Guthrie of Columbus; sisters-in-law, Lydeana Guthrie of Columbus and Lynieca (Darrin) Brooks of Columbus; brother-in-law, Buddy Guthrie (Cassandra Dennis) of Franklin; several nieces and nephews; and a special great-niece, Braelyn Krueger.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Ellsworth and Thelma Hall and a sister-in-law, Lytricia Guthrie.

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street. A live stream of the funeral service may be viewed at barkesweaverglick.com.

Family and friends may gather for visitation from 2 to 6 p.m. Monday and from 10 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
