COLUMBUS
Linda L. Doup, 77, of Columbus, went home to her Lord at 5:49 p.m. Sunday, September 5, 2021, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Mrs. Doup was born February 10, 1944, in Columbus, the daughter of Carl and Mable Wade Wendel.
She married Charles H. Doup September 20, 1963.
Linda was a homemaker and a member of Garden City Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years; son, C. Richard (Dawn) Doup of Indianapolis and her grandchildren, Sawyer and Cooper Doup.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Judy Kinsel.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Brian Gilroy and Dan Owens officiating.
