So the construction work on Taylor Road goes on for two plus years. This doubles the traffic on Marr Road. So who is responsible for permitting the gas company to do their construction work on Marr Road during this time? At rush hour, it is almost impossible to travel Marr Road due to the congestion.
I understand Centerpoint has to upgrade their old gas lines. But they could have been working on any other area of town while Taylor Road is closed.
