Elena “Ann” Howell, 76, of Columbus, passed away December 3, 2021 at her daughter’s home after living with cancer for many years.
Ann was born April 30, 1945 in Columbus, the daughter of Claude and Anna Chopp Sharp.
She is survived by her mother Anna; daughters Robin (Greg Adam) Roberts of Columbus and Ann Marie (Bill Mayhew) Wilcoxon; grandchildren Timothy and Ryan Roberts, as well as Sidney, Jacob, and Anna Wilcoxon; great-grandchildren Taelyn, Greyson, Jameson, and Ryan Lexus Roberts; sisters Deborah (Jimmy) Tichenor and Claudia Bigelow; as well as many loved nieces and nephews.
Ann was preceded in death by her father Claude; a grandson Cody Roberts; and a sister Jane Hart.
Ann retired from Arvin – Meritor, Inc. after many years of service. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and especially loved going to the beach. Most of all, Ann loved spending time with her family.
In keeping with Ann’s wishes, there will be no services.
