BCSC cases up 254 from last week

Bartholomew Consolidated School Corp. is reporting a total of 553 COVID-19 cases since Jan. 1, up 254 from last week’s count.

As of noon on Jan. 21, the school corporation reported 443 student cases and 110 staff cases during the new semester. This brings the total for the school year up to 1,513 since August, with 960 during the first semester.

The breakdown of cases for the second semester is as follows by building:

Administration: Three staff

Busy Bees: Three students, two staff (5)

Central: 33 students, eight staff (41)

Clifty Creek: 15 students, six staff (21)

CSA Fodrea: 14 students, two staff (16)

CSA Lincoln: 12 students, three staff (15)

CSA New Tech: 24 students, four staff (28)

East: 61 students, nine staff (70)

ISC Building: One staff

McDowell/Bright Beginnings: Three students, eight staff (11)

Mt. Healthy: 12 students, three staff (15)

North: 63 students, nine staff (72)

Northside: 35 students, six staff (41)

Parkside: 37 students, 10 staff (47)

Richards: 15 students, three staff (18)

Rockcreek: Nine students, two staff (11)

Schmitt: 34 students, 10 staff (44)

Smith: 24 students, seven staff (31)

Southside: 35 students, six staff (41)

T&M: Two staff

Taylorsville: 14 students, six staff (20)
