Letter: Changing times require changing our time zone

The U.S. Senate has just passed a bill to place the United States on daylight saving time all year. Indiana is at this time two hours ahead of the sun. When this law goes into effect in 2023, the sun will not come up until around 10 a.m. in December and January.

It would very helpful if our state lawmakers would move Indiana back to the Central Time Zone where we belong.
