Harvey Eugene Gephart, 77, passed away peacefully at 12:17 a.m. Saturday, April 16, 2022.
Harvey was born June 23, 1944, in Indianapolis, Indiana. On June 14, 1967, he married Donna S. McInteer.
Mr. Gephart was a faithful member of The Crossing of Columbus and in recent years was cared for at Seymour Place Residence in Seymour, Indiana.
Harvey was employed in facility maintenance by Irwin Union Bank for over 30 years. He enjoyed travel by RV, watching NASCAR racing, his church and his life group. Mr. Gephart was also longtime member of Moose Lodge No. 398.
He was preceded in death by his parents and loving wife, Donna. Surviving is his son, Eugene of Massachusetts.
The funeral service for Harvey will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Barkes, Weaver &Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Pastor Hywel Thomas officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service Tuesday at the funeral home. A live stream of the funeral service may be viewed at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at barkesweaverglick.com.
Burial will be at Lewis Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Shelbyville, Indiana.
